Compatibility:

- Reusable SpO2 Sensor: A warranty period of 365 days is provided for reusable SpO2 sensors. This means that if any quality problems occur with the sensor within this period, Med Accessories will offer free replacements or refunds.

- Disposable Items: Disposable items are not covered under warranty. Since these items are intended for single-use and are not meant to be reused, they are not eligible for warranty claims.

- ECG/EKG/IBP/Temperature Cable: A warranty period of 180 days is provided for ECG, EKG, IBP, and temperature cables. If any quality problems arise with these cables within the warranty period, Med Accessories will provide free replacements or refunds.

In case of any technical problems or assistance, Med Accessories offers support through video meetings. This allows for effective communication and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues or provide necessary help beyond the warranty period.

It's important to note that the warranty provided by Med Accessories covers non-artificial damage and ensures that their products will work to the best of their ability.
